Lately, what has mostly changed the hiring landscape is the Covid pandemic. My business partner, Rich Lavinski, derived the following concepts below regarding successful post-Covid interviewing practices.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Never schedule an interview for less than an hour<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Account for Video Time Consumption<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prepare for Distractions &amp; Interruptions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Establish Interview Plan with Effective Topic Coverages &amp; Next Steps<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Value Face-to-Face Interviewing prior to hiring<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Post-Covid interviewing effects are still going on.
