{"id":1450,"date":"2014-11-14T22:17:44","date_gmt":"2014-11-15T03:17:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tonybeshara.com\/blog\/?p=1450"},"modified":"2014-11-14T22:17:44","modified_gmt":"2014-11-15T03:17:44","slug":"never-take-it-personally-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tonybeshara.com\/blog\/never-take-it-personally-2\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8230;never take it personally"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>\u2026today one of my candidates got called by an employer i sent him to a month ago\u2026the candidate called him as the employer told him to do\u2026candidate called the guy close to 25 or 30 times over two or three weeks\u2026never got a return call<\/p>\n<p>frankly, i and you know that is rude\u2026i kept telling my candidate to keep calling\u2026don\u2019t take it personally\u2026these hiring folks will tell you that hiring is a priority but not call you back even though they say they will\u2026rude, rude, rude<\/p>\n<p>well, today, out of the blue, the hiring authority calls the candidate, tells him that he\u2019d like to see him tomorrow and talk about an offer\u2026never apologizes or acknowledges his never returning the calls\u2026nothing..<\/p>\n<p>well, the job is a good one..so, my candidate is going to go to the interview monday and talk to the guy\u2026<\/p>\n<p>lesson\u2026never take it personally\u2026we won\u2019t know why the employer didn\u2019t return the calls, but the job is still good one and the candidate should consider it\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2026today one of my candidates got called by an employer [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[6],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.2 -
