on your resume"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230;employers and hiring authorities don&#8217;t care what your <em>objective<\/em> is&#8230;they don&#8217;t care about what your goals or objectives are&#8230;they don&#8217;t care what you want&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>they care about <em>what they want<\/em>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>so, most objectives describe what the candidate wants&#8230;they are usually written with global language that means nothing..they don&#8217;t get read by a hiring authority and if they do, most of the time, it will eliminate the candidate..<\/p>\n<p>your resume should explain what you have done, who you have done it for and how successful you have been&#8230;it should say&#8230;&#8221;<em>i have done a great job for my employers in the past,so i will do a great job for you&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>what you want should have nothing to do with your resume<\/p>\n<p>go look at the objectives on most resumes&#8230;you&#8217;ll see what i mean&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230;employers and hiring authorities don&#8217;t care what your objective is&#8230;they [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[14],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>...why i don&#039;t like &#039;objective&#039;
