I was just being back doored by my prospective employer. It was very frustrating that the prospective employer don't understand that there are bullies out there who are willing to hurt others for nothing. Sadly, those employers are willing to believe in it without second thoughts. I was so frustrated and don't know what to do. I really want them to know that I was the only person in the department who got raised in the middle of the budget year before I left the job which they got a hold of bad info about me. If I was a bad employee, I would never have gotten it. It's prety sad. Thanks again for the info. At least I know I wasn't the only one. Thank you for your article.
